Below are the requirements of the town and we would love to learn more about your truck, please complete the below form and drop a message with any questions.
In order to operate as a mobile retail food establishment in the Town of Mead, the requirements are:
Mead Business License and Temporary Use Permit Application Form. Click Here
Weld County Health Department Certificate for Food Service.
Colorado State Sales Tax License.
Certificate of Insurance.
The Town of Mead may also require us to write a letter granting permission to be on our property.
Our asks are:
Printed indoor menus for table tops.
Any additional promotional signage for display in the taproom.
A trashcan is available at the food truck.
Pictures of popular menu items for social media.
Promote and tag us in your social media posts.
We can provide:
Parking on the back side of the brewery, next to the 1st large garage door.
1x 240v 50 amp 14-50R outlet.
1x 120v 20 amp outlet.
Promotion on social media and in the taproom. We will create a facebook event that you can cohost.
